PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POLICY
STATEMENT BEFORE ORDERING. THIS WILL ELIMINATE ANY
MISUNDERSTANDINGS. WE HOPE TO MAKE YOUR BUYING EXPERIENCE
WITH US AS EASY AND PLEASURABLE AS POSSIBLE.
PAYMENT
At this time, we are accepting
payment by personal check or money order, and credit cards
through PayPal. Please make your check or
money order payable to our business services, Scitek Services.
Personal checks WILL delay your order as all checks must clear
our bank before we can ship your order. THIS REQUIRES TEN
BUSINESS DAYS, OR TWO WEEKS.
ORDERING
To place an order, click on the
Add to Cart button. If the cart does not work, then click the
Order
link. This will bring up an order form. You may fill in
the order form, and mail it along with your payment, or you may fill
in the order form, save it on your computer, and email it to us,
then make your payment through PayPal. If you wish, you may
send us a list of what you want, and we will send you an invoice for
the total amount, through PayPal, and you simply pay from the
invoice.
SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Standard shipping
rates are $13 for the first item, and $3 for each additional
item. We try to only charge what it costs us, so if there
is an excess in shipping charges, we will process a refund back
to you.
Condition - We try
to only ship NRFB dolls. If there is any damage to the
box, we will state so in the ad. We cannot guarantee
that all items will arrive in the same condition. We
suggest you pay for insurance to cover any damage caused by the
carrier. We cannot accept returns due to arrival
condition. If the shipment is damaged and insured, you
must bring the package (complete with all materials) to the USPS
and have them fill out a form. After this is completed,
the shipment can be returned to us, after contacting us for
approval, for a full refund. You must pay return postage
to receive a full refund, less S/H charges.
PRESALE
ORDERS
We ask you to
contact us for all your presale orders needs! As an authorized Mattel
Dealer, we can order any Mattel item, so if you want a presale
item that is not listed on our presale web page, please send us
a request, and we will quote you a presale price for that item.
We have no control over when Mattel releases new items and ships
the product, so we cannot be held responsible if Mattel shorts
our shipment. If we cannot get sufficient items to fill all
preorders, they will be filled based on the date the request was
received. We will contact everyone that preordered and
request final payment.
PRICES ON PRESALE ORDER ITEMS ARE
SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE BEFORE RELEASE DATE.
If Mattel increases our price when releasing,
we will only pass this increase on to you, we will not add any
more to your price. If the increase is small, we may fully
honor our presale price, and take the loss ourselves. Orders for
presale items will be shipped on a first come, first served
basis; because we place separate orders as we receive presale
orders, products may arrive in separate shipments.
This may make your shipment delayed.
SHIPPING
We charge actual
USPS charges.
We may combine a number of items in the same shipping container,
if practical. We will refund any excess charges to the customer.
When we ship your order, we will send
you a tracking number, so you can keep track of your order. We
do not ship international, our contract with Mattel prohibits it..
Most items are available through other sources.
TAX
Texas residents
must be charged sales tax. If you have a tax exempt number,
please send us a copy of your tax exempt certificate, so we can
exempt you from paying state sales tax. Taxes are at
8.125%. You must include the tax when submitting your
order form, and making payment.
LAYAWAYS
We will accept
layaway requests. In this case, you must send us a deposit
of half the total purchase price, as a deposit on the order, and
the second half within 30 days of the order date.
Deposits
are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please keep track of
your payment due dates. If you miss a payment, we will
send one reminder, and charge you a $25 late fee. This
payment must then be received within 10 days, or your order is
cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We will accept
special order requests. We will special order any Mattel
item, if possible, and advise you of your cost for the special
order. The only exception is for large items that cannot
be shipped easily. Special orders require a 50% deposit,
non-refundable, with the remainder due upon notification
that Mattel has shipped your special order. We will email
you when we receive the shipping confirmation.
PRIVACY
We will
not give out any customer information to any third party.
Customer information is for our internal use only.
